Don’t get demotivated by the fact that you are not getting the results in spite of all the work you are putting to get it. This may be because you are not making it a habit. You have to work consistently to achieve anything.

You know what, small changes always add up to big results. Results will be better If you will do something daily instead of doing it all at once. Let’s take the example of performing workouts. Instead of working out on a daily basis you decided to do it only on Sunday for 3-4 hrs to recover the time for the whole week. It’s normal that habits which you set will break once in a while, and it’s perfectly ok because life is not programmed to perform under strict conditions. If habits break, recognize and realize it and start over again. Don’t ever use this as an excuse to stop following your daily habits.
